The once Bank of Montreal building deserted for years
owing to health and safety issues.
In contrast another bank building (CIBC tower) stands tall
and inviting.

Monique, I walked past that bar a trillion times, snaked in with the Kadamas for a shot once, but had no clue that was a crack/joint/sex trade haven until the famous shut down. Lol, how thick. Eh?
